The dishes in the book look and sound amazing, but if you live in an area such as the midwest where your chain grocers offerings are modest you will have a hard time procuring all the ingredients that most of these recipes need. As a cookbook the things that we have been able to try (or slightly modify) have been great, but this is not a normal Mon-Fri recipe book for the family. Not for novices or beginners
