This was my first melomine set and I didn’t actually know what it felt like for those of you who are looking at sets and you’re trying to figure out like hey does it feel like the stoneware where it kind of feels like plastic or does it feel like that cheap plastic that you see in stores now that is reusable no it feels the closest to regular China or regular dishware but it has a little bit more of a plastic but I guess I can say artificial feel to it it looks great it makes the same sounds that dishware does it’s kind of waited like dishware and on top of that my boyfriend had turned our oven on and it’s a gas oven and we had had breakfast and we had left the bacon on the plate and the plate was in the oven it was in there probably a good 10 minutes with the oven preheating at 3:50 and he took it out and there was nothing wrong with it the plate was just extremely hot now I can’t sit here and say that if it had a side in there it wouldn’t have melted or something like that but it was very durable I haven’t dropped any of them so I can’t say like if you drop them they won’t break because I can tell you that they do feel enough like regular China dishware or ceramic dishware that mean they might break but maybe not definitely tomorrow at 10 I would buy again I’m looking at other sets this it also has like ridges in it and it looks really cute it’s an expensive it’s really chic definitely something you can use a dinner party or something like thatThe material feels….different than any other plate I’ve used. But it’s great as first plates for my apartmenthonestly it’s so much prettier in person I’m so pleased with them I do wish the color was on the outside but for the price it’s really great quality dishwasher safe nothing to worry aboutThese are nice plateware for being plastic little misleading as the look like glass but they are microwave safe light and durable a good buy for anyone who is trying thatch color scheme in kitchen or jas children with butterfingetsI had bought ceramic dishes that were too heavy. My poor Mom could not even lift them. I broke two fo the plates and went on Amazon to look for some new ones. Got one set and liked them so much I went back and bought another one! Lightweight, durable and pretty.Beautiful and truly unbreakable! Allows my kids to wash the dishes themselves (while they're still young enough to think it's fun and not a chore!) Love this set, highly recommend!I like this set and want to keep it, but it was delivered today missing a dessert plate. It would be nice to have all of the pieces.Absolutely stunning and kid friendlyI did not like it. It looks dull and not as bright and glossy as the picture. Looks cheap and had to return it.
