I must admit that I'm not the best cook in my circle of friends and family, and especially so when it comes to incorporating my spiralizer into a meal; but even I was able to pull off some quite impressive dishes so far, which is definitely due to how easy it is to follow the instructions (I highly suggest trying the Chicken, Sweet Potato and Brie Galette recipe). The recipes are concise but also easy to understand and replicate, many of them can be adjusted to fit any kind of particular tastes. My favorite part about this book is that the recipes all revolve around a healthy basis without surrendering taste, definitely a good combo!
