2 Chubby Cubs - Dinner TimeWhere do I start!?This is a healthy recipe book first and foremost, but the hilarious commentary provided by the authors, Paul and James for each recipe, really that hit that loving feeling, certainly in a way that Top Gun’s Maverick could only ever wish that he’d lost in the first place.Their easy to make and healthy recipes are great - they are chock full of nutritious, easily and cheaply available ingredients.My personal faves are the Morerish Chicken, French Onion Quiche and Roasted Tomato and Lentil Salad. YUM!!!!These lads are just like your average dieter and know the struggle. I’d also highly recommend joining their FB group if you use the platform, for more saucy/ salty bants, motivation and general brilliant craic.I would recommend that anyone wanting to do healthy eating with a side of saucy banter to purchase this book forthwith for meal ideas and planning. Very simply, it will make your diet and your life healthier and better - the recipes not only delicious, but are sustainable if you are exercising too. Enjoy!
