I have been very happy with these yeast flakes and the packaging they arrived in. I think the flavor is better than what I have had in the past.We have used several brands of nutritional yeast and like this one. We prefer not to eat foods with synthetic vitamins added and this one works for us.I like adding some flavor into my food, ok? With the added B vitamins.The flavor is great !! Blends well in any food I put it on. Love there are no synthetic vitamins added to it.Good productI have severe fibromyalgia and for whatever reason this caused a horrific flare. I've been so sick and in pain for a month cause I never imagined it could be from this. I gave it 3 stars cause I put it in my dogs homemade food and they seem ok with it.I don't think the price is fair for what you get. That being said, what you get is something other companies need to follow. These are packed full of vitamins and trace minerals, does not upset my stomach if I have too much, and tastes fantastic. I can't believe so many brands use synthetic when this one does it right with non-fortification. I will be a returning customer, but I hope their prices change, or they offer bulk options.I love this sprinkled in my kettle corn or pasta.In the second image we can see much higher nutritional values. Actual values are much lower. Disappointed, would have bought from else where otherwise. Be careful.Bought this product because of high amount of zinc 30mg, shown in the pictures. When I received the product I got shock to see it is only 3mg.I love this nutritional yeast. Flavour is excellent on savoury dishes, sprinkled on soups, baked potatoes, anything where you like the taste of cheese. It had no artificial vitamins, especially folic acid which is on many of the brands.This is taste absolutely horrible think twiceGreat stuff
