The person I gifted this too loved it. They mentioned about how it's very Tuscan recipe coded, and almost everything in here is exactly what you'd eat if visiting Tuscany. I picked myself up a copy and I agree, it's amazing. They do an excellent job with what recipes they give you. There are only 25 recipes but they're great ones at that.
