From Applebee’s Cheese Chicken Tortilla Soup to Taco Bell’s XXL Grilled Stuffed Burrito, this book has it all! Appetizers to desserts, it’s in here. The book is well-written with more recipes that I think I can cook in a lifetime, but I will definitely be giving it a try! The author claims the recipes are simple and can be made in less than 30 minutes, however, in reading through the book there are recipes that do take longer than the stated 30 minutes. Prep Time, cooking Time and Nutrition Numbers are included with each recipe. The recipes are also rated from Easy to Intermediate and how expensive from Cheap to Expensive. Definitely my kind of recipes. I’m thinking an Olive Garden Salad with their famous dressing, P.F. Chang’s Spicy Green Beans, followed by Chili’s Cajun Chicken Pasta and closed with Starbuck’s Iced Lemon Pound Cake is the answer for tonight’s dinner!
